Putney is across the river from Fulham and next door to Barnes, both areas we work in regularly, so SW15 is well within our reach from Hammersmith — usually fifteen to twenty minutes door to door.
The Victorian and Edwardian terraces off Putney High Street and around the Heath have the same electrical history as their Fulham neighbours: several renovations, lighting circuits added without earths, and consumer units that predate RCD protection.
