Ealing is the western edge of our regular coverage — reachable from Hammersmith along the A4 or Uxbridge Road in around twenty minutes, and close to our work in Acton and Chiswick, so W5 and W13 jobs slot easily into the diary.
The housing here suits the kind of work we do well: big Edwardian and 1930s family houses around Ealing Common, Ealing Broadway and West Ealing that have been extended and refitted over the decades, plus a large stock of purpose-built and converted flats. The classic Ealing jobs are consumer unit upgrades in houses that still have an old board, rewires during loft and kitchen extensions, lighting for extended ground floors, and EV chargers on driveways — something Ealing has more of than most of West London.
